Sales Associate - Online

Location: Mumbai
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle online product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, and other online marketplaces
• Coordinate sales inquiries from online platforms and follow up with customers
• Handle sales coordination, order processing, and basic customer communication
• Maintain simple accounts-related records, invoices, and payment follow-ups
• Support day-to-day sales and office operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in online sales or marketplace handling
• Practical knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, or similar platforms
• Basic accounting knowledge (billing, invoices, payment tracking)
• Must have a valid two-wheeler license and own bike preferred
• Good communication skills (English / Hindi; Marathi preferred)
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, online portals)

Qualification:

• Any graduate / diploma (commerce background preferred)
