Role:
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in your assigned area by identifying prospects, nurturing relationships, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. You will represent the brand, deliver compelling product demos, and ensure an excellent customer experience from first contact to closure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned area.
  • Identify, engage, and convert potential leads through calls, meetings, and demos.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective customers.
  • Stay updated on product features, market trends, and competitors.
  • Collaborate with the inside sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth lead conversion and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Represent the company professionally at events, workshops, and customer meetings.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales (experience in selling hardware, educational tools, corporate tools will be an added advantage)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills,.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
  • Should have his or own vehicle to travel with in the assigned area.
