Hiring Sales Associate Role (Proposal Writing Focus) for a US Based Company - 100% Remote Team in Pakistan

Company: Edge Management Partner Ltd on behalf of our client, a leading transport and logistics company.

About Our Client: Our client is a premiere transportation company, specializing in charter and luxury motor coach travel, headquartered in Accokeek, MD and based in five other locations in US, is recruiting team member for its remote team.

Role Details

Role Title : Sales Associate

Department: : Sales

Reporting To: Department Head

Years of Experience [Requirement] : ]: +3 years

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business administration, Business development , Marketing , Logistics, or a related field (or

equivalent practical experience)

Preferred Candidates or Plus Points for a Candidate:

  • Excellent communications skills: verbal and written American English preferred
  • Experience working with U.S. clients or international clientele in general
  • Experience with proposal automation software


Responsibilities

  • Conduct calls, send emails, and engage in other outreach methods to qualify leads and schedule appointments
  • Assist in the development of high-quality, professional, and persuasive sales proposals, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and bid responses
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to gather accurate pricing, scheduling, and logistical details for inclusion in proposals
  • Ensure 100% accuracy and compliance in all proposal documentation, meeting all submission deadlines and client specifications
  • Maintain a centralized library of up-to-date proposal templates, case studies, and standard operational documents
  • Identify and pursue potential customers through various channels, including calling, networking, and referrals
  • Under Manager guidelines , build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and maintain accurate client information
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services
  • Present the companys-chartered transport solutions to prospective clients, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to client requirement
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of transportation services


Skills Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Experience using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Proposal Writing Skill: Demonstrated expertise in writing, editing, and producing complex sales proposals, RFPs, or competitive bids


Interpersonal Skills

  • It is a must to have excellent English written and communication skills, and experience in communicating with all levels of an organization
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with various departments
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Other Requirements

  • Personal PC operating system to be used in probation period minimum requirements include Windows 11 and macOS 13 ; however, all employees should have personal laptop available at all times as a backup
  • Availability over call during US (Eastern Time) working hours at all time and excellent internet connectivity preferred connection would be between (60 MBPS - 100 MBPS)
