Star Concessions is seeking energetic, customer-focused Sales Associates to join our Shell / Blue Star Mart team at DFW Airport.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:

Greet every customer with professionalism and positivity while providing fast, friendly service.

Stay Knowledgeable & Efficient:

Maintain strong product knowledge, keep shelves stocked, and support daily store operations.

Master Core Retail Skills:

Operate the register, handle cash transactions, stock merchandise, and assist with inventory.

Maintain Store Standards:

Support a clean, organized, and welcoming environment through light cleaning duties.

Be an Active Team Member:

Work collaboratively with your team to create a smooth and efficient customer experience.

Basic Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 6 months to 1 year of fuel station or convenience store experience preferred
• Must live within 15 miles of DFW Airport
• Reliable personal transportation required
• Weekend availability required (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Flexible schedule (early mornings, evenings, holidays, and overnights as needed)
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain on your feet during your shift
• Must pass a 7-year background check
• Two valid government-issued IDs required (one photo ID and one secondary ID)
