Ark Smoke Shop & Lounge Team seeking to hire a Sales Associate!

PART or FULL-TIME 20 - 40 HOURS / WEEK! If you are interested to work more and can do it with high productivity we will consider adding hours to your schedule.

Job prerequisites & previous experience required:

• MUST Know and continuously self-educate on the product line
• Positive attitude, Client oriented & strong Communication skills
• Versatile, Goal oriented & Self-motivated, ready for continues Education, personal Growth & Development
• High Efficiency & Productivity
• Bilingual is not required but recommended

Wide range of Duties & Responsibilities

• KPI based & measured Daily Tasks List completion & reporting
• Problem solving: diversified and all fronts
• Initial Software knowledge and continues skills development required: predominantly EXCEL & specialized retail soft Lightspeed and etc.
• Inventory: regular count, input new, restock orders, restock
• High level of Customer Service, in depth product consultation & presentation, networking & relationship development, Lounge Host, Customer friendly & oriented
• Sales registering in POS, daily open & close
• Light housekeeping
• Incoming phone calls, e-mails, instore contacts with suppliers, manufactures, key clients, other (relationship management & networking)
• Bonuses provided weekly
