Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by providing exceptional service, assisting with product selection, and ensuring the store operates smoothly.

Must be able to work both of our locations Richardson-Frisco

1 year Smoke shop experience Required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to effectively sell merchandise.
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone.
• Assist in stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the store environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately.
• Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash registers.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
