Are you passionate about fashion, luxury resale, and social media? We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and creative team member to join our growing fashion resale shop! This role combines traditional sales associate responsibilities with hands-on participation in social media content creation across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

If you love styling, engaging with people, staying on top of fashion trends, and aren’t afraid to be on camera, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience
• Assist with daily opening procedures and store readiness
• Research incoming fashion items, brands, and current resale values
• Enter inventory and consignor information accurately into online systems
• Photograph incoming merchandise for inventory and online sales platforms
• Participate in TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook content creation including:
• Reels
• Live selling events
• Styling videos
• Product showcases
• Behind-the-scenes content
• Model or present merchandise on camera when needed
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
• Steam clothing and prepare items for display
• Clean and detail handbags, shoes, jewelry, and accessories
• Assist with merchandising and styling displays
• Support day-to-day store operations and teamwork

Qualifications

• Outgoing, upbeat, and energetic personality
• Comfortable appearing on camera and engaging on social media
• Interest in fashion, luxury brands, styling, and resale trends
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook preferred
• Photography or social media experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule

• Full time or part time hours are available
• Weekend availability preferred
