What You’ll Do

• Support case coverage, inventory logistics, and sterile processing coordination
• Assist with surgeon education, staff in-services, and clinical product support
• Shadow and collaborate with senior sales reps to learn the business inside and out
• Help scale a high-growth territory by delivering real value to hospitals and surgical teams
• Be available for occasional weekend call and high-volume workweeks

• Sales experience preferred (medical, pharma, B2B, or other high-performance sales)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with human anatomy and interest in surgical procedures
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism in the OR
