Sales Associate/Cashier

Bang Bang Vape & Smoke Shop was created to offer alternative and healthier solutions at an affordable price, matched with exceptional customer service. Knowledge of the products is not needed to be hired. The only skills you need to have is a positive attitude, great customer service, and self-motivation.

Position Summary

The Sales Associate & Cashier position handles daily transactions with customers, served with over-the-top customer service, making sure the store is clean and presentable to Bang Bang’s expectations inside and out, stocking with the process of (F.I.F.O.) “First In First Out. Handling returns on faulty products and other daily duties.

Responsibilities

· Greet customers in a positive and professional manner.

· Keeping the parking lot free of any trash.

· Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.

· Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments.

· Maintain a clean and well-organized work environment.

· Keep up to date with the new and existing products.

· Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information as needed, if you do not have the information collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for the customer.

· Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

· Previous cashier or retail experience preferred but not needed.

· Excellent communications skills.

· Great attention to detail and productiveness.

· Basic math skills.

· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

· Must be punctual and reliable.

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Able to lift 50LBS.
