We are a specialized web design and digital marketing studio helping tile, flooring, countertop, and home improvement businesses grow online.

We are looking for a confident, motivated, and results-driven B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to help us connect with business owners and book qualified Zoom presentations. This is a remote, part-time independent contractor position.

## About the Role

Your main goal is to reach business owners and decision-makers, briefly introduce our services, and schedule qualified Zoom appointments for our team.

We work specifically with tile stores, flooring companies, countertop fabricators, and home improvement businesses. Many of these companies already have websites, but their sites are outdated, hard to use, or not bringing in enough real customer inquiries. That is the problem we help solve.

## What You Will Do

  • Make outbound calls to tile stores, flooring companies, countertop fabricators, and home improvement businesses.
  • Reach owners, managers, or key decision-makers and bypass gatekeepers.
  • Ask smart questions about their current website, online presence, and customer lead flow.
  • Briefly introduce our website and digital marketing services.
  • Book qualified Zoom appointments for our team.
  • Keep clear notes and updates in our tracking system.

## Who We Are Looking For

  • 1+ year of B2B cold calling or appointment setting experience (required).
  • Strong English communication skills (fluent spoken English).
  • Confidence speaking with business owners and handling objections professionally.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects.
  • Experience in digital marketing, web design, SaaS, flooring, or contractor services is a major plus.
  • Reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a proper calling setup.

## Compensation & Benefits

This position includes base pay, performance bonuses, and residual commission:

  • $15/hour base pay.
  • $50 bonus for every qualified Zoom appointment.
  • $100 bonus for every signed client contract.
  • 15% monthly residual commission on eligible recurring revenue.
  • Selected candidates may start with a short paid trial.

What is a "Qualified Appointment"? The business owner or decision-maker attends the Zoom call, matches our target industry, and has a real interest or need related to website, SEO, marketing, or lead generation services.## About Us

We build and manage websites and lead-generation systems specifically for tile, flooring, countertop, and home improvement businesses. Our work includes website development, online showroom systems, SEO, content, product catalogs, lead generation, and ongoing website management.

We focus on one niche, which allows us to better understand the needs of these businesses and offer services that are highly relevant to them.
