Rehal is Saudi Arabia's first rapid air bridge — a digital freight platform purpose-built for urgent and sensitive cargo , connecting cities across the Kingdom with speed, precision, and full digital visibility.
The ideal candidate is a driven and relationship-focused team player who will be responsible for leading commercial growth and building a portfolio of high-value B2B clients. You will work cross-functionally with operations and product teams to ensure capacity is filled and revenue targets are exceeded.
Responsibilities:
— Build and manage a pipeline of B2B clients across key sectors including e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing
— Develop and close long-term cargo contracts that maximize platform capacity utilization
— Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new commercial opportunities
— Collaborate with leadership to shape pricing strategy and commercial models
— Represent Rehal at industry events and build the brand's presence in the Saudi logistics market
Qualifications:
— Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
— 3+ years of experience in B2B sales within logistics, freight forwarding, or aviation
— An established network of supply chain and procurement decision-makers in KSA
— Strong written, verbal, and negotiation skills
— Fluency in Arabic and English is required
— Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
