Suryaprabha Solar is one of the leading solar energy solution providers in Kerala, offering high-quality rooftop solar installations and exceptional customer support. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive our sales growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads for solar rooftop systems.
  • Meet potential clients and explain solar solutions, benefits, and ROI.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through effective client conversion.
  • Maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition.
  • Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for project execution.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up with customers.
  • Attend field visits, events, and promotional activities to increase brand reach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or BDM (solar experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Good understanding of solar products and the renewable energy market.
  • Must be self-driven and target-oriented.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
