Job Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads for solar rooftop systems.
- Meet potential clients and explain solar solutions, benefits, and ROI.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective client conversion.
- Maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for project execution.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up with customers.
- Attend field visits, events, and promotional activities to increase brand reach.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or BDM (solar experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good understanding of solar products and the renewable energy market.
- Must be self-driven and target-oriented.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
