The Sales & Business Analyst will be a critical support function for the Mondelēz Away From Home Channel, primarily supporting the National Account Manager, Broadline Distributors (focused on Sysco, US Foods, and PFG), while also providing analytical and reporting support to the broader non-commercial team.
This role requires a highly organized, analytical, and communicative individual capable of transforming complex sales and distribution data into actionable insights. The Analyst will be essential in tracking performance, managing core data processes, and assisting in resolving customer service-related issues to ensure the smooth execution of national distributor strategies.

Travel requirements: Ability to travel 10% to 20% to distributor headquarters, internal business planning sessions, or regional offices as required.
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary ranges for this position are shown below; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.Washington base salary range: $77,969 to $99,093California base salary range: $68,640 to $93,962 Any other location base salary range: $68,100 to $93,665In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays, and vacation time.
