Position: Sales & Business Development Executive

Job Overview:
We’re seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The role involves generating new business opportunities, managing client communication, and driving sales through online platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, connect with, and convert potential clients through online business platforms.
• Create, optimize, and manage company profiles on various marketplaces.
• Present and promote our software development services (mobile & web applications) to prospective clients.
• Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or online bidding for software services.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of software development services (mobile apps, web apps, etc.).
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
