We are hiring a versatile, results-driven Sales & Solutions Consultant to deliver growth for our company and also for our Partner companies through two core areas:
E-commerce Platform and IT Consulting Services.
This role is for a hunter who is comfortable closing software sales (B2B/B2C) while also cold-calling to secure high-ticket IT consulting contracts. You will be the face of the brand, handling everything from high-level technical consultations to direct customer support.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive sales for our E-commerce platform (subscriptions/onboarding) and proactively close deals for our IT consulting firm (custom development, infrastructure, and tech strategy).
- Perform cold calls and outbound outreach to target B2B clients for the IT company to build a robust project pipeline.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all inbound inquiries across email, live chat, and phone calls, converting interest into revenue.
- Provide expert-level support for B2B and B2C customers, ensuring technical issues are resolved and customer satisfaction remains high.
- Use CRM tools and Excel to manage leads, track sales metrics, and organize client data for precise follow-ups.
- Advise prospective clients on technical solutions, helping them understand the ROI of our IT services and platform features.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent, professional English (written and verbal) is a must. You are as comfortable on a cold call as you are drafting a detailed technical proposal.
- Proven track record in B2B and B2C sales. You know how to handle objections and move a lead from "just looking" to a signed contract.
- Deep knowledge of IT Consulting and the E-commerce landscape. You understand the "how" behind the tech.
- Ability to switch gears between high-pressure sales calls and detailed customer service email support.
- Proficiency in Excel (data management) and CRM systems to ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
Must-have Experience
Experience in Cold Calling and lead generation for IT or SaaS companies.
Previous experience managing E-commerce Brand support or sales.
Demonstrated ability to manage B2B client relationships and B2C customer expectations simultaneously.
