💼 Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ümraniye, Istanbul , for a Sales & Business Development Engineer focused on wastewater treatment and environmental technology markets .

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business growth for Endemic’s primary wastewater treatment products — ENRODISC®, ENCLODISC®, and CEVKOM® — across municipal, industrial, and private-sector clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and convert sales opportunities in wastewater treatment, filtration, and process water reuse projects.
  • Conduct technical-commercial presentations to engineering consultants, EPC contractors, and end-users.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and market expansion plans in coordination with senior management.
  • Prepare technical offers and proposals , working closely with Endemic’s engineering and operations teams.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships with utilities, municipalities, and private industries.
  • Manage sales pipelines, deliver periodic reports and forecasts , and track KPIs and revenue performance .
  • Represent Endemic at industry fairs, conferences, and technical workshops .

This position plays a strategic role in expanding Endemic’s footprint in wastewater treatment and environmental process equipment sales .

🎯 Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering , or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in wastewater treatment , filtration systems , or process equipment .
  • Proven success in business development , technical sales , and client relationship management .
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills , capable of interpreting treatment processes and system configurations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently (domestic and international).
  • Military service completed (for male candidates).
  • Fluent in Turkish , with English proficiency ; additional languages are an advantage.
