We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive (BDE) who specializes in Marketing, Product Marketing, and Digital Marketing services for international markets. The role focuses on identifying global clients, pitching marketing solutions, and generating consistent business for our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and acquire international clients (US, UK, UAE, Australia, Singapore, Canada) for Digital Marketing & Product Marketing services.
  • Pitch services including SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, Branding, Marketing Automation, and Product Marketing strategies.
  • Understand client business goals and recommend tailored marketing solutions.
  • Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and product marketing demos to convert prospects.
  • Prepare proposals, customized marketing plans, quotations, and follow-up strategies.
  • Maintain strong sales pipelines and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients globally.
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Maintain CRM and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or any relevant field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in sales for digital marketing or marketing agencies.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SMM, Content Strategy, Product Marketing concepts.
  • Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills for international clients.
  • Experience in LinkedIn lead generation, cold outreach, email marketing, and sales automation tools.
  • Well-versed in building proposals, presentations, and marketing strategy documents.
  • Must be proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Understanding of product positioning, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and brand storytelling.
