We are seeking a high-energy Sales & Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth across the UAE.
This is a field-based, results-driven role — if you have UAE contacts and can bring clients, this is for you.
Role Overview
- Generate new business and close deals for all event segments
- Meet clients face-to-face and secure contracts
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate, private, and government clients
- Represent MEMORY LANES professionally at networking events and business meetings
This is not an office-only role. Expect to go on the field and actively bring in clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and close new clients across UAE
- Maintain and expand a strong UAE client network
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and pricing
- Attend exhibitions, corporate events, and networking meetups
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM or lead tracking (simple reporting)
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or client acquisition in UAE events, entertainment, or related industries
- Strong UAE network (corporate, private, or government sectors)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and go on the field
- Presentable, confident, and professional
- Fluency in Arabic and/or English is a plus
