About Phosty

Phosty is an innovative photo-marketing service designed for restaurants, cafés, hotels, lounges, beach clubs, events and premium hospitality venues.

Our compact photo-printing totem allows guests to print branded photos directly from their phone, creating a memorable customer experience, increasing social visibility for the venue and generating an additional revenue opportunity.

Phosty is already active in selected locations and we are now expanding across Dubai.

The Opportunity

We are looking for experienced commercial professionals with strong relationships in Dubai’s hospitality, F&B, nightlife, hotels or events sector.

This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for business development partners who can open the right doors, approach suitable venues, build relationships with decision makers and arrange qualified meetings or live product demonstrations with our team.

For the venues, the service is simple and attractive: there is no upfront cost and no operational work required. Our team manages the product, installation, maintenance and support.

Your Role

As a Business Development Manager / Commercial Partner, your main responsibility will be to support the expansion of Phosty by identifying and approaching high-potential venues in Dubai.

Responsibilities include:

Identifying suitable restaurants, cafés, lounges, hotels, beach clubs, event venues and premium hospitality locations

Approaching owners, general managers, marketing managers, F&B managers or other decision makers

Presenting the opportunity in a professional and clear way

Arranging qualified meetings or live demonstrations with our team

Supporting the first commercial introduction when needed

Building long-term relationships with venue partners

Helping us expand Phosty across Dubai’s hospitality and events market

Ideal Profile

We are looking for someone with:

Proven experience in sales, business development, partnerships or key account management

Strong knowledge of the Dubai market

Existing relationships in hospitality, F&B, restaurants, hotels, nightlife, events or premium venues

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

A professional and independent working style

A results-oriented mindset

Experience with HoReCa, hospitality, events, FMCG, food service, real estate or B2B services is considered a strong advantage.

Compensation

This is a performance-based commercial collaboration with strong long-term potential.

The compensation structure can include:

An activation fee for every venue successfully activated

A recurring monthly commission linked to the performance of each active location

The recurring commission remains active as long as the Phosty machine remains active in the venue, creating the possibility of building recurring income over time from multiple locations.
