We are expanding rapidly and looking for experienced sales professionals who can drive B2B growth, close high-value corporate deals, and open new market opportunities.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales & Business Development Executive with strong experience in the printing, signage, corporate gifting, or branding industry.
Your main responsibility is to generate new corporate clients, manage key accounts, and grow revenue through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients across UAE
• Conduct daily field visits, meetings, and presentations
• Sell printing, signage, packaging, merchandise, and branding solutions
• Prepare quotations and proposals for clients
• Maintain strong follow-up to convert leads into orders
• Build and manage long-term relationships with key accounts
• Achieve monthly revenue targets
• Coordinate with production & operations teams for smooth order delivery
• Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and networking activities
• Report sales performance and market insights to management

Language Requirements

To serve diverse UAE clients, the candidate must have:

Mandatory:

• English – Fluent

Preferred / Advantage:

• Hindi / Urdu
• Arabic
• French
• Spanish
• Russian
• Tagalog

(Candidates speaking multiple languages will be given priority.)

Requirements

• Mandatory: 2–5+ years UAE experience in Printing / Signage / Branding / Corporate Gifts industry
• Strong knowledge of printing materials, signage types, finishing, and branding solutions
• Existing client network is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently with target-driven mindset
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred
