Job Title: Sales & Business Development Executive Sales (Solar Modules & Cells)

Location: United States (Preferably California or Texas)

Scope: US Market


Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and commercially focused Sales & Business Development Executive to lead the sales of our solar modules and solar cells across the United States, with a focus on key states such as California and Texas. This role is responsible for building a strong customer base, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth through direct sales and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the US solar supply chain and a proven track record in module or cell sales.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, target, and secure new customers, including EPC contractors, developers, distributors, and installers
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow market share for solar modules and cells in the US
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue growth
  • Leverage existing industry network to accelerate market penetration

Key Account Management

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners
  • Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client base

Commercial Execution

  • Lead pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract agreements
  • Structure deals in alignment with company margin targets and risk policies
  • Monitor market pricing trends, competitor activity, and customer demand

Market Focus (California & Texas)

  • Drive sales efforts in high-demand solar markets, particularly California and Texas
  • Stay up to date with regulatory frameworks, incentives, and procurement trends
  • Position the company’s products effectively within regional distribution channels

Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with production, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and product availability
  • Align customer requirements with manufacturing capabilities and inventory planning
  • Provide market feedback to internal teams to support product positioning and strategy

Pipeline & Performance Management

  • Track sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline development
  • Deliver against defined revenue and volume (MW) targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in solar module and/or cell sales within the US market
  • Strong network across EPCs, developers, distributors, and installers
  • Deep understanding of solar supply chain, pricing dynamics, and procurement processes
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a commercial mindset
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Candidates must already hold a valid work permit for the United States. No work permit sponsorship will be provided.
  • Willingness to travel as required
