Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to support business growth through tender procurement, vendor coordination, client engagement, and digital outreach. The role involves end to-end handling of tenders, procurement activities across projects, client communication, and management of the company’s digital presence, including social media and website updates.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Extend client reach through direct outreach, networking, and digital platforms
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Support proposal development and business presentations
2. Tender & Procurement Management
- Identify, track, and analyze relevant tenders and RFPs
- Handle end-to-end tender procurement processes, including documentation and submissions
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical, commercial, and compliance inputs
- Manage procurement activities for ongoing and upcoming projects
3. Vendor Management
- Identify and evaluate vendors and service providers
- Conduct vendor checks, comparisons, and due diligence
- Brief vendors on project requirements and coordinate quotations
- Maintain vendor databases and procurement records
4. Client Communication & Follow-ups
- Handle professional email and telephonic communication with clients
- Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and discussions
- Maintain records of client interactions and business leads
5. Digital Presence & Outreach
- Manage and update the company’s LinkedIn and other social media profiles
- Create and post content to improve brand visibility and client engagement
- Support lead generation through digital channels
- Coordinate and manage routine website content updates
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, business development, or tender management
- Knowledge of procurement and vendor coordination processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and basic social media management
- Basic understanding of website content management

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
