ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a driven and target-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to expand our client base, generate qualified leads, and support high-value deal closures. This role is ideal for someone with proven outbound sales and lead generation experience (not freelancing or Upwork bidding) who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment and understands how to sell value-based digital services.
WORK SETUP
- Position: Sales & Business Development Executive
- Location: Paragon City, Lahore
- Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Salary: Up to PKR 170,000/month + Commission
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate qualified leads using professional platforms (LinkedIn, Apollo, Smartlead, etc.) — not freelancing sites like Upwork or Fiverr.
- Conduct outreach via calls and emails to engage prospects.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the closing team.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and manage the sales pipeline.
- Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or outbound lead generation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience with CRM tools and outbound sales strategies.
- E-commerce industry experience required; Amazon services or digital marketing preferred.
- Confident in handling international clients and remote sales processes.
