As a
Commercial Segment Sales & Business Development Executive/Manager
, you will be responsible for expanding our RPA solutions within the commercial segment. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building and managing a robust sales pipeline, and closing deals for both Automind and UiPath solutions. You will engage with potential clients in the commercial segment to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to design effective sales strategies and campaigns tailored to this segment.

Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and build a sales pipeline within the commercial segment.

Meet or exceed sales targets specific to Automind and UiPath RPA solutions.

Generate and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building in the commercial sector.

Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals, ensuring alignment with commercial clients' needs.

Collaborate with the RPA development team to tailor solutions that address the specific challenges faced by businesses in the commercial segment.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness within the commercial segment.

Provide input on product pricing and positioning specific to commercial clients.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and customer needs in the commercial segment to identify opportunities for growth.

Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to prospective commercial clients.

Provide sales forecasts and reports to the management team, focusing on the commercial segment.

Travel frequently to meet with clients and attend conferences, focusing on expanding our presence in the commercial segment.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development and sales, with at least 3 years in software sales, preferably in the tech industry and commercial segment.

Proven track record of successful sales projects and achievements in the commercial segment.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets specific to the commercial sector.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of RPA and UiPath is a strong advantage.

Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend conferences.
