We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Business Development Representative to join our team and help fuel our next phase of growth.

What You’ll Do

This is a high-impact, sales-focused role where your job is simple: turn leads into appointments and deals.

  • Call and text inbound leads to qualify customers
  • Collect required documents (“stips”) to move deals forward
  • Set and confirm appointments for the dealership
  • Become an expert on our financing programs and inventory
  • Answer customer questions and build trust over the phone
  • Present deal terms and options to customers when applicable
  • Drive additional leads through:
  • Facebook Marketplace
  • Social media outreach
  • Creative lead generation strategies

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills (phone + text)
  • Confident, persuasive, and comfortable handling objections
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations at once
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Sales mindset—you want to win

Preferred (not required):

  • 1+ year of phone sales, BDC, or call center experience
