We are seeking a motivated Sales / Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional home care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Target Referral Sources: Build relationships with potential referral sources, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and rehabilitation centers, and establish relationships with key personnel.
2. Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing and potential referral sources by conducting regular visits, lunch and learn presentations, and networking/community events.
3. Maintain Records: Submit reports to track referral source development and sales targets.
4. Be The Face Of Our Agency: Referral sources will know you and will want to work with our agency because of your professional, compassionate, and get-it-done demeanor.
