We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth strategy in the textile industry. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, a deep understanding of textile products (fabrics, yarns, garments, etc.), and proven experience in B2C business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in textile markets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, including Architects, Interior designers, Project Management firms, etc.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored product and service solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.
  • Visit trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Track sales performance, generate reports, and present to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design , Textile Design, or related field is a plus
  • 2 – 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in home furnishings or lifestyle products
  • Proficiency in English and the local language.

Work Environment:

  • Retail showroom (indoors) + Client meetings
  • Sunday is weekly off.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
