  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the sales floor.
  • Maintain product display, stock arrangement, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Monitor cleanliness, safety, and overall floor discipline.
  • Greet and assist customers, ensuring an excellent shopping experience.
  • Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints immediately.
  • Drive sales through team motivation and customer engagement.
  • Ensure upselling and cross-selling by the sales team.
  • Manage, supervise, and schedule sales staff.
  • Assign daily targets and review staff performance.
  • Conduct on-floor training for new and existing employees.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse/inward team for stock availability.
  • Maintain accurate stock records on the floor.
  • Report fast-moving, slow-moving, and out-of-stock items.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Head, Purchase Team, and Management.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and staff attendance updates.
  • Communicate customer feedback and issue reports to management.

*Candidate must be from textile background - weaving, dying and embrodiery process exposure

Timing is 9.30 to 8:00

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
