Sales, Business Development & Partnerships Manager

Ailoo is seeking a Sales, Business Development & Partnerships Manager to lead commercial growth and strategic partnerships ahead of launch.

This role will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing partnerships that drive rider acquisition, driver benefits, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills, marketplace understanding, and experience working with corporates in KSA.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Development

  • Identify and secure corporate mobility contracts
  • Develop B2B partnerships (universities, companies, hotels, events, etc.)
  • Build pipeline and manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Negotiate commercial terms and long-term agreements
  • Achieve defined revenue and partnership targets
  • Establish partnerships that drive rider growth and brand visibility
  • Build co-marketing and distribution agreements
  • Develop driver benefit partnerships (fuel, insurance, vehicle services)
  • Maintain and grow strategic relationships
  • Identify new revenue channels and growth opportunities
  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking
  • Structure partnership models aligned with Ailoo’s economics
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations for execution

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years experience in Sales, BD, or Partnerships
  • Experience in startups, mobility, fintech, or consumer marketplaces preferred
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with corporates in KSA
  • Target-driven and commercially focused
  • Arabic & English fluency preferred
