Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development ( Preferably Female) based in Dubai. The Sales Business Development will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conduct client meetings, conducting market research to assess industry trends and opportunities, and maintaining positive client relationships. Their duties will also include offering customer service, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Lead Generation, Conduct client meetings and Market Research to identify opportunities and engage potential clients effectively
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and develop strategies for business growth
• Experience in developing and executing business development strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Knowledge of the recruitment or staffing industry is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
