Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Professional to drive growth for our aluminium and glass fabrication and installation business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of façade, windows, doors, curtain walls, and interior glass solutions, and a proven track record in generating leads, managing clients, and closing high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities in aluminium & glass projects.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, contractors, consultants, and architects.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to drive sales strategy.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s business growth plans.
- Coordinate with project, production, and design teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and trade events to promote the company’s offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in aluminium & glass sales or façade business development.
- Strong knowledge of aluminium systems (Technal, Gulf Extrusions, Heuk, etc.) and glass products.
- Proven track record in winning new projects and managing key accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- UAE driving license required.
