Sales & Business Development Specialist

We’re hiring a Sales & Business Development Specialist to scale our membership sales through strong prospecting, relationship-building, and consistent execution.


🎯 What you’ll do

  • Own the end-to-end B2B sales cycle for corporate memberships from outreach and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of decision-makers (C-level, innovation, digital, data/AI, strategy, HR/L&D).
  • Proactively generate opportunities through outbound outreach, warm introductions, network activation, events, and partner channels.
  • Run sharp discovery meetings: understand needs, map stakeholders, and position the membership value clearly.
  • Drive momentum: follow-ups, next steps, objections, procurement; no stuck deals.
  • Grow accounts through renewals and expansions where relevant.
  • Represent TRAI in ecosystem meetings and events; convert relationships into memberships.
  • Track pipeline and performance in CRM; forecast accurately and execute with discipline.
  • Travel occasionally (approx. once per month) for stakeholder meetings.


💡 What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven B2B sales / business development experience.
  • Track record of hitting targets (quota/OKR driven).
  • Strong hunter mindset: prospecting, persistence, and closing.
  • Confident in senior stakeholder conversations and negotiations.
  • You have a strong network (or you build one fast) and you know how to open doors.
  • High discipline: CRM hygiene, follow-up cadence, deal notes, next steps.
  • Fluent Turkish & English (additional languages a plus).
