We are seeking a results-driven Sales Business Lead to spearhead our AI automation sales initiatives. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in consultative sales, business development, and strategic partnerships—especially within the AI, automation, or SaaS industry. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building lasting client relationships, and positioning our solutions as the go-to choice for businesses seeking efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive adoption of AI automation solutions across mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in target verticals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, pitch, negotiation, to closing deals.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform strategy.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build and manage a high-performing pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships, with at least 1+ years in AI, automation, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing large, complex deals.
- Strong understanding of AI/automation technologies and their business impact.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
