Role Overview
As we expand our sales team, we are looking for a fast-learning, analytical, and agile
Sales & Business Operations Specialist
who can take full ownership of key operational processes. This role will be responsible for proposal preparation, client coordination, documentation management, contract/protocol follow-up, and cross-functional alignment between internal teams.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation and version tracking of proposals and sales presentation materials, ensuring seamless communication with relevant teams

Maintain and update CRM records, ensure timely data entry, and generate regular reports

Support the follow-up of contract and protocol processes with clients and legal teams; assist sales and account managers as needed

Manage documentation workflows end-to-end, including signatures, stamp duty, courier dispatch, and legal tracking

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to share client information and coordinate campaign processes

Verify contract checkpoints before invoicing for clients with special workflows or custom agreements

Track sales team responsibilities within internal quality procedures and ensure related documentation is up to date

Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for the Sales Director and senior management
Qualifications

Minimum
2 years of experience
in sales operations, business operations, or contract management

Strong attention to detail in managing documentation and legal/commercial processes
-
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
-
Familiarity with legal and commercial documentation
-
Ability to work independently in low-structure environments and create documents using previous references

Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
in both internal and client-facing settings

Advanced proficiency in English

Experience in
IT, consulting, or technology-driven companies
is a strong plus
