Sales & Business Operations Specialist


📍 Full-time | Onsite – Maslak, Istanbul


Role Overview

As we expand our sales team, we are looking for a fast-learning, analytical, and agile Sales & Business Operations Specialist who can take full ownership of key operational processes. This role will be responsible for proposal preparation, client coordination, documentation management, contract/protocol follow-up, and cross-functional alignment between internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the preparation and version tracking of proposals and sales presentation materials, ensuring seamless communication with relevant teams
  • Maintain and update CRM records, ensure timely data entry, and generate regular reports
  • Support the follow-up of contract and protocol processes with clients and legal teams; assist sales and account managers as needed
  • Manage documentation workflows end-to-end, including signatures, stamp duty, courier dispatch, and legal tracking
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to share client information and coordinate campaign processes
  • Verify contract checkpoints before invoicing for clients with special workflows or custom agreements
  • Track sales team responsibilities within internal quality procedures and ensure related documentation is up to date
  • Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for the Sales Director and senior management


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or contract management
  • Strong attention to detail in managing documentation and legal/commercial processes
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with legal and commercial documentation
  • Ability to work independently in low-structure environments and create documents using previous references
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both internal and client-facing settings
  • Advanced proficiency in English
  • Experience in IT, consulting, or technology-driven companies is a strong plus
  • Agile, analytical, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
