Sales – Cabinetry/Millwork

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales person specializing in cabinetry and millwork to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key driver of business growth by cultivating strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will help expand our market presence, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen existing accounts. This position offers an exciting chance to lead sales initiatives within the cabinetry and millwork industry, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional service and results.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing our door/parts department, sales and order fulfillment
• Liaison with contractors, property managers and designers for custom cabinet and multifamily housing projects
• Schedule deliveries, supply chain coordination
• Working with our corporate accounts to retain and expand sales

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales within cabinetry, millwork, or related industries; technical sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills with a track record of closing complex deals effectively
• Working knowledge of CAD programs such as Mozaik or CabinetVision
• Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in using Quickbooks, ClickUp and Google Sheets
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Ability to conduct warm calling campaigns confidently and professionally
