Sales & Call Centre Executives (Only Bahraini Nationals)

We are currently working with multiple companies in Bahrain who are looking to hire Bahraini Sales and Call Centre Executives for ongoing and upcoming roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Promote products or services and close sales when required
• Build rapport with customers and maintain accurate records
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bahraini nationality only
• Fluent Arabic is mandatory (English is a plus)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Sales or call centre experience is preferred but not essential
• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging between 400 – 600 BD
