Sales Caller & Social Media Content Creator / Brand Representative – Pakistan Market

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and well-spoken Sales Caller and Social Media Content Creator to join our digital agency.

The role involves making calls to leads within the Pakistani market, following up with potential clients, and converting them into customers for web design, ecommerce, and digital marketing projects. The selected candidate will also act as an on-camera brand representative by recording reels, short videos, and social media content for our agency.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the Pakistani business market, is confident on calls, comfortable on camera, and can communicate professionally with business owners and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads in Pakistan.
• Follow up with Pakistani business owners, startups, and potential clients.
• Explain our services, including website design, ecommerce stores, SEO, social media marketing, paid ads, and branding.
• Convert interested leads into booked meetings or paying clients.
• Maintain lead records and follow-up notes.
• Record reels, short videos, promotional content, and brand awareness videos.
• Appear on camera as a brand representative for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Help create content ideas, captions, hooks, and promotional campaigns.
• Represent the company in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

Requirements

• Strong Urdu and English communication skills.
• Confident speaking with Pakistani leads and business owners.
• Comfortable making sales calls within the Pakistan market.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and recording reels/videos.
• Basic understanding of web design, ecommerce, and digital marketing, or willingness to learn.
• Good social media sense and knowledge of current content trends.
• Persuasive, friendly, and professional personality.
• Ability to follow up with leads consistently.
• Sales, telemarketing, or appointment-setting experience is preferred.
• Content creation experience is preferred.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
