Luxury of Time is seeking motivated, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our

growing team in the heart of Disney Springs. We are currently hiring for:

 Cashier and Office Administrator

Cashier – Back office

Responsibilities

 Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems

 Handle cash, credit cards, and digital payments responsibly

 Manage the receiving and sending of merchandise

 Accurately do an inventory check for the store records.

 Manage Repair shipping every week and the customer shipping log.

 Manage daily administrative and operational tasks

 Maintain inventory records and organize documentation

 Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor communications

 Assist with scheduling, reporting, and internal coordination

 Support customer service inquiries and follow-ups

 Ensure accurate data entry and recordkeeping

 Coordinate with management on store operations and logistics

 Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

 Previous retail or cashier experience preferred

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Professional appearance and positive attitude

 Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment

 Basic computer and POS knowledge

 Weekend and holiday availability preferred

 Administrative or office experience preferred

 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems

 Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
