About Us:
Nexware Technologies LLC is a growing digital solutions company in Dubai, offering innovative software products including our own digital business card application. We are looking for a motivated Sales & Client Relations Executive to manage incoming enquiries, nurture client relationships, and proactively generate new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming enquiries from Ads, website leads, phone calls, and other channels.
• Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities for our digital business card application.
• Conduct product demos online and onsite when required.
• Maintain strong follow-up discipline and timely communication with prospects.
• Understand customer needs, pain points, and decision-making processes.
• Manage existing clients from the office and visit customer locations when necessary.
• Accurately record and update all client interactions and activities in the CRM system.
• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
• Assist customers using basic knowledge of graphic design tools, web applications, and internet tools.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in sales or client relations.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Patient, attentive, and customer-focused.
• Confident in presenting software demos online and onsite.
• Experience in software/application sales is essential.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools, web platforms, and digital tools.
• Prior experience selling digital business cards is a strong advantage.
• Strong follow-up skills and a target-driven mindset.
• Must be based in Dubai or willing to join immediately.
