We are hiring: Luxury Sales & Client Relations Executive
We are looking for a polished, bilingual, and commercially driven Luxury Sales & Client Relations Executive
to join our team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in
high-value sales
, especially within
luxury, high fashion, real estate, medical aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, dermatology, or premium healthcare services
.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the full client journey, from the first inquiry to consultation, booking, pre-surgery coordination, post-surgery follow-up, and long-term client relationship management.
This is not only a telesales role. The position includes
face-to-face sales, client consultations, extensive follow-ups, patient account management, surgeon diary coordination, and close communication with our medical and marketing teams
.
Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming leads from WhatsApp, calls, social media, website, referrals, and walk-ins.

Conduct professional client consultations and convert inquiries into bookings.

Follow up extensively with potential, existing, and past clients.

Build strong relationships with high-value clients and maintain a premium service experience.

Manage surgeon diaries, consultations, appointments, surgery bookings, and follow-ups.

Act as the patient’s account manager and ensure all steps are completed before surgery.

Liaise with doctors, nurses, coordinators, and the medical team to ensure smooth service.

Follow up with patients after surgery to ensure satisfaction and support.

Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed.

Work closely with the marketing team regarding lead quality, reviews, content, testimonials, and campaigns.

Assist in generating patient reviews and approved content opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, bookings, and client communication.
Requirements

Fluent in
English and Arabic
.

Additional languages are preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Minimum
2 years of experience
in sales, telesales, client relations, or account management.

Must have experience in at least one of the following:
luxury sales, high fashion, real estate sales, or high-value service sales
.

Medical, cosmetic surgery, aesthetics, dermatology, or healthcare sales experience is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of both soft skills and hard sales skills.

Experience in building client relationships and selling high-value products or services.

Excellent communication, follow-up, organization, and objection-handling skills.

Must be polished, confident, professional, emotionally intelligent, and target-driven.
