Sales Closer

We are hiring a Sales Closer for our outbound USA telecom campaign. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of telecom closing experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to convert qualified leads into successful sales.

Responsibilities:

• Close sales on qualified leads generated by fronters
• Handle outbound closing calls for USA telecom customers
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Maintain call quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with fronters and team leads to maximize conversions

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year prior experience in USA-based outbound telecom closing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to close sales and meet targets
• Strong customer-handling skills with a professional attitude
• Availability for night shift
• Target-driven and self-motivated
