About the Role:

The Sales Closer converts warm business prospects into paying clients by demonstrating the value of your lead‑generation system. Once the outreach team identifies an interested business, the closer steps in to build trust, explain ROI, handle objections, and secure the subscription or package purchase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with warm B2B prospects (real estate agencies, brokers, AC service companies).
  • Conduct discovery and closing calls to understand their business needs and pain points.
  • Present your lead‑generation service as a high‑ROI solution that increases their sales pipeline.
  • Explain lead quality, targeting, volume, pricing, and expected conversion outcomes.
  • Handle objections related to cost, lead quality, competition, or previous bad experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers (owners, sales managers, brokers).
  • Maintain CRM notes, follow-up sequences, and pipeline updates.
  • Close monthly subscription packages, pay‑per‑lead deals, or custom lead bundles.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and closing targets.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a high-ticket closer or B2B sales closer.
  • Strong understanding of real estate and home services industries in GCC or South Asia.
  • Ability to explain ROI, lead funnels, and digital acquisition strategies in simple terms.
  • Skilled in objection handling, negotiation, and B2B persuasion.
  • Experience closing deals via phone, Zoom, WhatsApp, or in-person meetings.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales pipelines.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple prospects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling marketing services, lead-generation packages, or SaaS solutions.
  • Understanding of real estate brokerage models and AC service business operations.
  • Background in GCC markets (Dubai, Qatar, Bahrain, KSA) is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to communicate with diverse business owners and sales teams.

Performance Indicators

  • Number of businesses closed per month
  • Revenue generated from lead packages
  • Lead-to-close conversion ratio
  • Follow-up consistency and CRM hygiene
  • Client retention and renewal rate
  • Upsell success (bigger packages, higher lead volumes)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
