My Derma Dream is a fast-growing direct response skincare brand with a global remote team and a high-performance sales culture.

We help customers find skincare solutions through consultative phone sales, and we are now hiring experienced Phone Sales Representatives in the Philippines to join our growing team.

This is not customer service.
We are looking for confident sales closers.

You must be strong on the phone, confident in English, comfortable handling objections, and motivated by commission-based earnings.

You must have:
1+ years phone sales experience or equivalent work experience
Laptop or PC
Noise-cancelling headset
Reliable internet
Quiet workspace
Strong English communication
Confidence working in a target-driven sales role

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to provide proof of recent sales results, such as a leaderboard, KPI dashboard, commission report, or sales stats.
