We don’t just generate leads; we generate revenue. We are looking for a shark who can take qualified leads (or hunt for new ones) and close high-ticket SEO and digital marketing retainers over the phone.
The Role
We are looking for a seasoned Sales Closer who understands the digital marketing landscape. You aren't just reading a script; you are a consultant who can diagnose a prospect’s traffic problems and sell the cure.
You will be responsible for the entire back-end of the sales cycle, with a heavy emphasis on B2B Cold Calling to C-Level executives, business owners, and marketing directors.
What You’ll Do
- High-Volume Outreach: Execute strategic B2B cold calling campaigns to penetrate target accounts and generate interest.
- Consultative Closing: Jump on calls (both inbound leads and self-sourced prospects) to uncover pain points related to SEO, PPC, and conversion rates.
- Handle Objections: Expertly navigate price objections ("SEO is too expensive"), trust objections ("How do I know you’ll deliver?"), and timing objections.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean CRM (Hubspot/Salesforce) and track every call, email, and follow-up task.
- Hit Quotas: Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales quotas for retainers and project-based work.
Who You Are
- The "SEO-Savvy" Closer: You don’t need to be a developer, but you must understand the value of backlinks, technical SEO, and local search. You can speak intelligently about digital marketing ROI.
- The Phone Warrior: You are comfortable making 50-80+ cold calls per day. You know that "no" is just a step toward "yes."
- Resilient & Gritty: You have thick skin and a short memory. Rejection fuels you to dial the next number.
- Experience: 2+ years of sales closing experience, specifically in an agency or digital marketing services environment.
Requirements
- Proven track record of closing B2B service sales (Marketing, SaaS, or Agency experience required).
- Proficiency in handling a high volume of outbound cold calls.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
