Sales Closer, Cold Caller & Lead Generator (US Medical Billing) – High Commission

Are you a Closer? Do you have experience in sales? Do you know how to turn a "No" into a "Yes"? If you are tired of selling small-ticket items and want to move into the high-stakes world of US Medical Billing (RCM), we want to talk to you.

We are looking for ONE Rockstar who can handle the entire sales cycle—from cold calling to closing the deal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold Calling: Dial 80-100+ US-based clinics daily to reach Practice Managers and Doctors.
• Overcoming Objections: You must be a master of persuasion. "I'm not interested" should be the start of your conversation, not the end.
• Pitching & Closing: Present our RCM solutions, negotiate commission rates, and get the Service Agreement signed.
• Persistence: Follow up until the deal is closed.

Requirements:

• Flawless English: Neutral or US accent with the ability to dominate a conversation.
• Closing Background: Minimum 2 years in high-pressure sales (US BPO).
• Thick Skin: You must be resilient, aggressive, and target-oriented.
• Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM.
