Job Summary

As a Sales Closer, you will be responsible for taking qualified leads from our marketing team, conducting discovery and demo calls, presenting solutions, overcoming objections, and closing deals. Candidates must have prior experience selling digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery, strategy, and closing calls with warm inbound or pre-qualified leads.
  • Present digital marketing solutions (SEO, paid ads, social media, websites, funnels, etc.) in a clear, compelling way.
  • Understand client pain points and tailor proposals accordingly.
  • Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and CRM to increase close rates.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing packages, and service agreements.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records and deal stages in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and service offerings.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Sales Closer in a digital marketing agency (required).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and ROI-driven selling.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and convert leads efficiently.
  • Comfortable running Zoom/video calls and screen-share presentations.
  • Motivated by commissions and hitting KPIs.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment (if applicable).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience closing high-ticket digital marketing services ($2,000–$20,000+/month).
  • Knowledge of industry niches such as home services, e-commerce, medical practices, real estate, etc.
  • Experience working with inbound sales systems or appointment-setting teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
