Sales Closer For a Digital Marketing / Cold Callers

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and confident Sales Closer/Sales Representative to join our growing call center team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience closing deals with U.S. clients and should be comfortable working night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound sales calls with U.S. customers
• Close sales deals efficiently and consistently
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Accurately record call details and sales data in CRM systems

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Closer/Sales Representative in a Call Center (U.S. campaigns preferred)
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Strong English communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work on-site at our office on main PIA Road, Near Johar Town, Lahore
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Professional attitude and strong negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 06 months–3+ years of experience as a sales closer/Sales Representative
• Track record of strong average monthly deal sizes
• Experience working with international clients or reputable call centers
