Sales Closer – Full Stack Development & AI Services

About the Role:

We're looking for a results-driven Sales Closer to handle inbound and warm leads generated by our Upwork bidding team and convert them into paying clients. You'll be speaking directly with founders, CTOs, and product owners who need full stack development, AI integrations, SaaS builds, and automation systems, and your job is to close them.

This is not a cold calling role. Leads arrive pre-qualified. Your job is to run the call, understand the need, and close the deal.

Responsibilities:

-Conduct discovery and closing calls with qualified prospects — primarily founders and technical decision-makers in the US and UK markets

-Understand project requirements well enough to position our services (MEAN, MERN, AI/LLM integrations, SaaS platforms) as the right solution

-Handle objections around budget, timelines, and trust, confidently and without pressure tactics

-Coordinate with the bidding and development team to align on scope and estimates before and after calls

-Manage follow-ups and keep the pipeline moving with consistent, professional communication

-Track all conversations and deal progress in a shared CRM or tracker

Requirements:

-1–2 years of experience in international B2B sales calls specifically in IT services, SaaS, full stack development, or AI services.

-Fluent English with a neutral-to-American or neutral-to-British accent. You will be speaking daily with US and UK clients; heavy regional accent is a disqualifier for this role

-Comfortable speaking with both technical and non-technical clients about software and AI projects

-Strong listening, communication, and objection-handling skills

-Able to run calls independently without a script holding you up

-Organized, consistent, and proactive with follow-ups

-Familiarity with Upwork client conversations is a plus
