Our client Ravon is looking for a Sales Closer - Outbound B2B Sales Specialist in Islamabad, Rawalpindi

Ravon is seeking a motivated and confident Sales Closer to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will focus on conducting outbound calls to clients across multiple industries such as real estate, truck dispatch companies, logistics operators, and e-commerce business owners. Your primary responsibility is to understand each clients workflow, identify problem areas, and present tailored virtual assistant services that address their specific needs. You will skillfully handle objections, communicate the value of our solutions, and close deals during live calls to secure long-term client relationships. This position requires strong spoken and written English, persuasive communication abilities, and familiarity with industry operations. You will also maintain accurate customer records and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding once deals are finalized.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls targeting professionals in real estate, truck dispatch, logistics, and e-commerce sectors to identify potential clients.
  • Analyze client workflows to detect inefficiencies and issues such as lead management gaps, dispatch process delays, excessive customer support demands, and administrative bottlenecks.
  • Present customized virtual assistant services that address the specific operational needs of each clients industry.
  • Clearly explain service offerings including cold calling, lead generation, dispatch assistance, load management, customer support, order processing, CRM oversight, and back-office tasks.
  • Handle objections confidently and professionally, addressing concerns about outsourcing, pricing, service quality, and reliability.
  • Build and maintain trust with clients by effectively communicating the value of services and ensuring a professional experience throughout the sales process.
  • Close sales deals during live calls and secure client commitments for long-term service agreements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, ensuring the sales pipeline and follow-ups are carefully documented and managed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate seamless onboarding and implementation of services following deal closure.
  • Achieve assigned performance goals including call volumes, lead conversions, and revenue targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Participate actively in daily Zoom meetings, training programs, and performance evaluations to improve skills and meet company standards.
  • Share computer screen continuously during working hours to ensure transparency and support remote team collaboration.
  • Work flexible night shifts as required to accommodate international client time zones and business needs.
