About the Role

We’re growing fast and are looking for performance-driven, commission-focused Business Development Managers with strong experience in selling Digital Marketing services — SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Web Design.

If you are driven by closing deals, hitting targets, and earning high incentives, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell Digital Marketing solutions (SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, Web Design) to small & mid-sized Australian businesses.
  • Handle inbound leads (no cold calling lists).
  • Understand client needs, present solutions, and close deals confidently.
  • Meet monthly targets for revenue and conversions.
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline in CRM.
  • Collaborate with management to improve offerings and sales processes.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years experience selling Digital Marketing / Agency services.
  • Experience working with Australian/US/International clients preferred.
  • Strong communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Thrives in a performance-based, competitive environment.
